Return & Refund Policy

At QTECH Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and reliability.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product is defective or not working

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Physically damaged items after use
  • Incorrect orders placed by customer
  • Installed or used spare parts
  • Products without original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit
  • Exchange with another product

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for defective or damaged items subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
